Course Objectives
This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the field of cognitive psychology. The primary objective is to help students understand how the human mind operates as an information-processing system; specifically, how information is perceived, stored, and transformed into complex thought. The course covers foundational history and moves through high-level cognitive processes including memory, problem-solving, language, and reasoning.
