Course Objectives
The aim of this course is to foster students’ creative and critical thinking skills by engaging with fundamental concepts such as spatial experience, context, function, user, scale, and formal composition within the framework of a comprehensive design project. Students are expected to develop the ability to think abstractly and three-dimensionally, to organize the relationships between vertical and horizontal systems, to design and integrate building subsystems in response to user requirements, to select appropriate construction materials, and to generate sustainable solutions.
