Course Contents

This course aim of teaching students the necessity and principles of nutrition, food groups, macro and micro nutrient information, and provides recipe development and menu planning applications within the scope of food and beverage operations.

Academic Integrity: Violations of academic integrity include plagiarism, misappropriation of information or unauthorized citations, facilitating the fraud of others, unauthorized possession of information by others, submitting another person's work or studying without prior notification to the instructor, or appropriating the academic work of other students. Academic fraud is a serious academic breach and will result in disciplinary action.
