Course Contents

The objective of this course is to provide an understanding of the fundamental concepts, functions, and strategic role of Human Resource Management (HRM). The course aims to develop students' ability to analyze core HR practices, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation, and career management. Additionally, the course seeks to evaluate the impact of HRM on organizational performance and sustainable competitive advantage, specifically within the framework of the Resource-Based View (RBV).

To enroll in this course, students must have successfully completed the "Introduction to Management" course. This prerequisite ensures that students possess foundational knowledge of management functions and organizational structures, contributing to a better grasp of human resource processes.
