Course Objectives

This course aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental principles of corporate finance, focusing on the time value of money, valuation of financial securities, capital budgeting, and financing decisions. The course develops students’ analytical and quantitative skills to evaluate investment opportunities, assess firm value, and make informed financial decisions under risk and uncertainty. Emphasis is placed on applying financial models and techniques to real-world business problems.
