Course Contents

Constitutional law course examines the concepts of the major institutions and the structures of the state; relations between institutions and state powers; to provide understanding of the process political and the legal institutions of constitutional system and government. It is aim to introduces the students to understand the general concepts of the constitutional law, legislative, executive and judicial and relations of them; the fundamental rights and freedoms opposite of the state.

There is no prerequisite for this course.

Violations of scholastic honesty include, but are not limited to cheating, plagiarizing, fabricating information or citations, facilitating acts of dishonesty by others, having unauthorized possession of examinations, submitting work of another person or work previously used without informing the instructor, or tampering with the academic work of other students. Any form of scholastic dishonesty is a serious academic violation and will result in a disciplinary action.
