The aim of this course is to provide the students of the Court Clerical Services Program with the basic theoretical and methodological knowledge that will enable them to make legal evaluations in terms of the law courses they will take during the associate degree program and the subjects that may enter their field of study in the future

Violation of academic integrity; cheating and attempting to cheat, plagiarism, presenting false information or citations, facilitating dishonest actions by others, obtaining exams without permission, using a previously completed work without informing the instructor, and altering the academic work of other students, but is not limited to these actions. Any violation of academic integrity is a serious academic offense and will result in consequences under the university's disciplinary rules.
