Course Objectives

The aim of this course is to convey to students the structure of the state as well as state-individual relations in a concrete way, in the light of classical administrative law theories, new understandings in doctrine, changes in legislation and new examples from judicial decisions.

Academic Integrity and Artificial Intelligence

Within the scope of this course, political parties, freedom of expression and association, freedom of religion and conscience, constitutional judiciary, independence of the judiciary, right to a fair trial, social rights and the regime of limitation of fundamental rights and freedoms, the emergence and development of the constitutional judiciary, the European Court of Human Rights and the Venice Commission. General information will be given about the standards set by international bodies; Subjects such as the structure and basic functions of the legislative, executive and judicial bodies will be introduced to students within the framework of basic principles.
