Course Objectives
The main subject within the scope of this course is lawsuits and non-contentious judicial affairs. In this context, the basic sources, purpose and application of civil procedural law, as well as the judicial organization of civil procedure, that is, the courts, where disputes arising from private law will be heard, as well as the duties and responsibilities of judges and other judicial personnel, who constitute the human element of the courts, will also be explained. In addition, the procedure for hearing the cases, opening the cases, preliminary examination, investigation, oral trial and verdict stage, and applying for legal remedies will also be explained. Additionally, mediation, arbitration and individual application issues will also be discussed.
