Pen Legislation and Judicial Correspondence

Course Objectives

The main subjects within the scope of this course are editorial (pen) legislation and judicial correspondence. In this context, the clerical staff, which provides basic and significant support to judges in judicial activities, and the sources, purpose and application of the law that regulates the transactions to be carried out by these personnel in judicial activities, as well as how to conduct judicial correspondence, will be explained. In addition to petitions specifically related to cases, general petitions, correspondence made within the scope of judicial activity (memorandums, invitations, minutes, decisions, announcements) as well as official correspondence will be explained.
