Fundamentals of Criminal Law

Course Objectives

The aim is to help students become familiar with the fundamental principles and concepts of criminal law, to understand the development of crime and sanction theories on a logical basis, and to determine the scope of application of criminal law rules. It also seeks to provide a foundation in criminal law that enables students to develop original ideas regarding the fundamental debates of criminal law doctrine, as well as practical questions and problems.The main objective of the course is to enable students to develop a legal perspective in everyday situations, to distinguish between lawful and unlawful conduct, to identify the nature of crimes, and to determine their corresponding sanctions under positive law.

Academic Integrity and Artificial Intelligence
