Course Objectives
The main subject in this course is enforcement law. In this context, the sources of enforcement law, its purpose, its application in terms of time and place, the units and courts involved in enforcement law, enforcement organization, and types of enforcement proceedings will be explained. In particular, enforcement proceedings without judgment through general seizure will be explained in detail, followed by enforcement proceedings with judgment, collection of money receivables arising from subscription contracts through execution without judgment, enforcement proceedings specific to bills of exchange, pursuit with and without judgment through the conversion of pledges into cash, and evacuation of immovable properties through execution without judgment. and delivery will be explained
