Course Objectives

With this course, students will be able to learn the concepts of commercial enterprise, commercial business, merchant and the legal consequences related to these concepts, to recognize and compare the concepts of trade name and business name, to learn the meaning of unfair competition, trade registry, the obligation to keep commercial books, to know the merchant assistants and to determine their place in commercial relations. It is aimed to be able to know the commercial companies and evaluate the legal consequences of being a company.
