Course Objectives

The main subject in this course is bankruptcy and composition law. In this context, the basic sources of bankruptcy and composition law, its purpose, implementation, units and courts in bankruptcy and composition law, enforcement organization and types of follow-up will be explained. In particular, follow-up through general bankruptcy will be explained in detail, and then follow-up through bankruptcy specific to bills of exchange and the institution of concordat will be explained.

Cheating on an exam is considered a major violation. Talking about your ideas and getting comments on your work from friends, teachers, or classmates is not considered cheating.
